Corpo

“CORPO” is a project developed during the H24 event, conceived by ISFCI (Istituto Superiore di Fotografia e Comunicazione Integrata). In its fourth edition (2022), the central theme was “body.” Each student offered a personal photographic interpretation of the concept and went on to design and produce an exhibition, completing all stages of the process within just twenty-four hours.

The entire project was overseen by photographers Luca Santese and Marco Valli of the photographic collective CESURA.

My work investigates the forms of the human body, questioning stereotypes and shared conventions. It explores the fragile boundary between what is considered canonically beautiful and how deviation from that canon can be perceived as disturbing or even monstrous. Through this tension, the body becomes a site of transformation, ambiguity, and redefinition.
